Ben has been providing psychological services in public and private hospitals, school, and community settings. He is committed to inclusion and is neuroaffirming, working with people to discover their strengths, show self compassion, and build great lives.
Ben is a Clinical Psychology Registrar and is committed to evidence-based practice.
Ben draws from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), schema-informed practice, internal family system-informed practice, and trauma-informed approaches to help people make sense of their experiences, build coping skills, and reconnect with what matters to them.
Ben specialises in stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar, trauma, psychosis, substance use, grief and loss, personality vulnerabilities,
and neurodivergence (autism and ADHD) diagnostic assessments and support. Ben is warm, approachable, fun, and collaborative.
He is also bilingual and can provide support in both English and Mandarin.
